These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sovereign: World Strategy War (the "App"), operated by Mobus Teknoloji Yazilim Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sovereign: World Strategy War is a geopolitical simulation game where players take on the role of a national leader, making strategic decisions that affect their country and the world. The game uses artificial intelligence to generate narrative content, world events, and diplomatic responses.
The App creates an anonymous account for you automatically upon first use. You may optionally link a Google account to preserve your progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
The App generates content using artificial intelligence. This content is entirely fictional and created for entertainment purposes. AI-generated content may include political scenarios, diplomatic events, military actions, and economic situations that do not represent real-world events, opinions, or endorsements. We do not endorse any political views, ideologies, or actions depicted in the game.
You agree not to:
Free Tier: The App provides a daily credit allowance for free users. Credits reset daily at midnight UTC.
Premium Subscription: Premium subscriptions are available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchases. Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Billing: Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
The App, including its design, code, artwork, game mechanics, and AI-generated content, is owned by Mobus Teknoloji Yazilim Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobus Teknoloji Yazilim Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also update game mechanics, credit allowances, subscription pricing, and features.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
