Account Information: When you first open the App, we create an anonymous account using Firebase Authentication. No personal information is required. If you choose to link a Google account, we receive your Google email address and display name.

Gameplay Data: We store your game state, decisions, chat history, leader attributes, and scores on our servers to provide the game experience. This data is associated with your anonymous or linked account.

Subscription Data: If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment details. We receive subscription status information through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, to determine your access level.

Device and Usage Data: We may collect basic analytics such as app version, device type, operating system, and crash reports to improve the App.

Advertising Data: The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process your device's advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID on Android and, with your permission, the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS), IP address, approximate location, device and app information, and your interactions with ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the game experience
• To process and manage your subscription status
• To save and restore your game progress
• To generate AI-driven game content (narration, world events, diplomatic responses)
• To diagnose technical issues and improve performance
• To display advertisements that support the free version of the App

3. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate game content including narration, diplomatic responses, world events, and strategic outcomes. Your in-game decisions and messages are processed by AI services to generate responses. This content is fictional and created solely for entertainment purposes within the game context.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following service providers who assist in operating the App:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database, and cloud functions
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• AI Service Providers: Game content generation (your gameplay inputs are processed to generate in-game responses)
• Google AdMob: Advertising and ad measurement

6. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google acts as an independent advertising provider and may use the identifiers and data described above to serve and measure ads. Depending on your settings and consent, ads may be personalized (based on your interests) or non-personalized.

You can control ad personalization at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads — opt out of ads personalization or reset your advertising ID.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking controls whether apps may request to track you.
• All devices: Manage your Google ad preferences at Google Ads Settings.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google's consent mechanism asks for your consent, where required, before showing personalized advertising. You can change your choices at any time in your device's Google ad settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at contact@playsovereign.net.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App is not directed at children, we do not knowingly serve targeted advertising to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request portability of your data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
