Subscription Data: If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment details. We receive subscription status information through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, to determine your access level.

Device and Usage Data: We may collect basic analytics such as app version, device type, operating system, and crash reports to improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the game experience
• To process and manage your subscription status
• To save and restore your game progress
• To generate AI-driven game content (narration, world events, diplomatic responses)
• To diagnose technical issues and improve performance

3. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate game content including narration, diplomatic responses, world events, and strategic outcomes. Your in-game decisions and messages are processed by AI services to generate responses. This content is fictional and created solely for entertainment purposes within the game context.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following service providers who assist in operating the App:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database, and cloud functions
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• AI Service Providers: Game content generation (your gameplay inputs are processed to generate in-game responses)

6. Data Retention
