We respect your right to delete your account and all associated data. This page explains what data is deleted and how to request deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us at the email address below.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your game progress, history, and account data will be irreversibly deleted.

The following data is not managed by us and will not be deleted through this process:

Subscription data: If you have an active subscription, it is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel your subscription separately through your device's subscription settings before deleting your account.

Account deletion through the app is processed immediately. Deletion requests made via email will be processed within 7 business days.
